Can you be “in flow” for at least 45 min without any distraction? The main distraction for me are certainly my mobile devices (personal, work, and soon an iPhone for clubhouse)
It is becoming more and more challenging to start and complete a task without getting distracted by the devices. And it takes a lot of energy to go back “in flow”.
A solution that works fantastic for me is to put the phone in airplane mode. When I start a specific task I switch the mobile devices on airplane mode, and also do not touch the devices in the morning before “eating the frog” of the day (most important tasks).
What strategies do you have in place?
